UMC was set up to handle diaries of DJ`s in the Local Leicester area. By 1995 it had expanded to look after names such as Donovan Smith and Bryan Gee.
We at UMC pride ourselves on providing a prompt, quality and efficient service for both artists and the people choosing to book them.
We also handle licensing, and tour co-ordination for artists and feel it is vitally important for the artists to provide a good night for their followers. Therefore we recommend they have a concept for the tour and bring merchandise to give away, such as Vinyl and CD`s of their latest releases, balloons, T-shirts whatever is appropriate even Lighters.
Taking the tour concept to the next level we also want to provide small garments or other Merchandise endorsed with the UMC logo to drive UMC to become more internationally recognisable as a brand.
UMC stands for Underground Music Collective, and a Collective is how we want to be perceived. We see ourselves as a talent community and we encourage the
artist`s to work with each other and promote each other`s talent, and wherever possible open doors for each other, a concept we all believe in.
